Our service combines smart technology and expert support to keep your pool water perfectly balanced—without the hassle.

We install a smart chemical system that connects to your existing pool equipment and automatically dispenses chlorine daily. The system will maintain the pool water chemistry daily (Better than once a week pool service!). We will come out every 6 weeks to manually test the chemicals and balance them.

Our Smart Chemical System connects to the internet via the Cellular network and is controlled by our cloud AI system that learns about your pool and using historical testing data, pool size and weather patters to determine how much chlorine your pool needs daily.

The system also monitors your pump pressure and ensures your pump is running the recommended number of hours daily. If we detect an issue, we will send a SMS/Email alert to inform you.

What about Filter Maintenance?
To ensure property filtration which greatly affects water chemistry and clarity, we require our customers to have us clean their filters. Because of this, we offer very competitive pricing for this service and we will perform at the beginning of the service and in the following schedule:
Cartridge Filter: $80/cleaning every 3 months
DE Filter: $80/cleaning every 6 months and $15/backwash every 6 weeks.

What about pool cleanings? 
CUA Pools specializes in chemical maintenance  and we encourage homeowners to save money and have better control of the cleanliness of their pools by using Polaris cleaners or robotic cleaners. That being said we do offer on-demand cleanings for $55/cleaning.

What about equipment issues/repairs? 
If you have an issue with your pool equipment we offer service calls for $55 where we will come and troubleshoot the issue. If the issue is simple we will fix. If it is more complex, we will send you a repair quote. 

Is your pool green now?
​No worries, we can help with that. We recommend the following process for most pools:
Step 1: Ensure pump is working property and filter is filtering properly.
Step 2: Install our chemical system, shock the pool really well, Brush pool and clean filter.
Step 3: One week later pool should have cleared up and we come back to vacuum the pool and clean the filter again.


How much do I pay now to signup?
You only need to pay the setup fee now of $150. We will charge the first month of service and filter cleaning AFTER we install and service your pool. You will be billed for the service monthly and for the filter cleanings, service class or any other additional service as those services are performed.
